'47 is the year of Neil Paulett was born . '74 is the year son Matthew Paulett was born. A mirror image of those years and the father son combination that is Paulett Wines.

COLOUR Deep Crimson
AROMA Spicy plum, black current and balck cherry. Cigar box and sweet tobacco leaf.
PALATE Rich, fleshy plum, black cherry and cassis, milk chocolate. Savoury leather undertones. Generous mouthfeel. Firm fine tannin texture.

Clare Valley - Polish Hill River
Very dry leading up to Vintage 2013 which led to a quick and compact harvest with most varities harvested by late March. Yields down slightly but with grapes showing strong intensity of flavour.
